Shipping

Solara Swim currently only ships within the US, as we grow we hope to be able to offer international shipping. All orders are processed within 1-3 workings days and are shipped from the US. All orders are traceable via a tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Returns

Solara Swim has a 14 days return policy. We offer returns on all full priced items for store credit only.

Any returns must be shipped/postmarked within 14 days of being received. Return shipping is at the customer expenseReturned goods should not have been used and needs to be returned in a re-sellable condition. This includes garment labels and hang tags attached. For bikini bottoms and one pieces, the hygiene sticker must remain attached at all times if it was shipped with one, otherwise returns will not be accepted. Once received, please try your new swimwear over your underwear to check the fit.

Returning your purchase

To make a return please follow the steps below: 

  • Register your return: Send an email to love@solaraswim.com with your order number, what items you'll be returning and the reason for your return. Keep calm until we respond back, usually within 24 hours, before proceeding to the next steps. 
  • Prepare your package: Fill the return form we’re going to email you and include it in your return parcel. Seal it securely.
  • Send it back to us: Ship your parcel back to the address provided on the return form. We recommend you send your parcel back via trackable mail as we are not liable for returns lost in transit.

Exchanges

Solara Swim offers exchanges for different sizes, colors or styles of the same value. All exchanges are based on stock availability. Depending on your location, the exchange process is the following:

Return the item(s) back to us following the procedure described in our return policy. You will receive a discount code via email, equal to the value of the return item(s). You can use the discount code to place a new order. Shipping costs of the replacement item is the customer's responsibility. The discount code is sent out as soon as your return is processed, approved and returned to our facility.
